I must say that I was very surprised in how unprofessional this company is. After contacting them for over 2 months to take a look at a leak underneath my house, I had to eventually give up on them after numerous broken promises. Although the receptionist I dealt with on the phone was very nice and polite, she repeatedly promised that someone would be out that week and that I was at the top of the list. Bottom line, if you don't have a huge job for them then good luck having them come out and take a look at your issue.
The title line states it all. I called Friday morning, they were here that same afternoon and had the repair done in 3 or 4 hours. The men knew exactly what to do and did a nice, neat job. No cigarette butts, no excessive cell phone or texting use. These guys are pros and I'm happy to pay their (reasonable & well earned) charge. No more water in the floor when the washing machine spins and the drain runs over-- every time. I highly recommend this company over any of the others in this area.
