Honestly poorly managed. Delivery is always one hour plus. And last time I did carry out I was told twenty minutes untill food was ready. Ended up waiting thirty minutes in their lobby. Wings where soaked like a soup. And bread sticks ended up just being hard as sticks! Waste your time else where!
Order was supposed to b ready at 5:47 and we got it almost 30 mins later. I was picking it up after my husband called it in. They were quick to take my money but would not even come to the counter even though all the employees saw me waiting to talk to someone about my order. Worst service ever! I have been a long time customer but rethinking where I get my pizza next time.
Waited for almost 20 minutes to order our food, finally my husband and I left. 3 tables walked in after us and they had already ordered.. Thanks guys!!
Was a good meal! Food was prepared well, and to a standard I would expect from Pizzahut (which is an above-standard pizza). Location was clean and staff were amiable and present.
Typically have had decent experiences with this location. Unfortunately, both service and quality has dramatically declined in the last few months. We have attempted to order and been told they're "out of stock for the next 30 minutes" with no offer of suggestions or alternatives, when we have successfully ordered, they delivered the wrong pizzas entirely and another attempt, we were told they didn't have any pan pizzas, again with no alternative suggestions or offers. Most of this is nonsense. Likely lazy workers unwilling to do their job. Pizza Hut running out of pizza? IT'S IN YOUR NAME for God's sake. And "out of stock for the next 30 minutes?" Meaning you're making more dough? Putting together boxes? Waiting on a delivery of ingredients?? 30 minutes?? Seriously? This is why people travel across the bridge to spend money as opposed to supporting this type of incompetence.
