This place would not let us get my 15yr Olds dog they told us it would be 800 I came up with it then it jumped to 2980.00 there was no way for me to come up with that amount we tried to make payment they wouldn't accept them my daughter has cried many nightstudents over this they r very mean and rude people !!! I don't recommend them to anyone
Simply put Dr.Bonnie is the best along with her staff they comfort us when our 2 dogs age 16 had to be put down and even now they are caring for our puppy who is very sick and we trust her which is a big deal when your puppies are your kids I mean the woman opened her office to care for our sick dog on Christmas! i have had a rough time with my dog and i thought i was going to lose her an this vet was up front and said that they were no sure if they would be able to save her and she is still under the knife and they have been the very best they have called me many time to keep me up to date and weather she is able to pull threw or not this vet is doing everything in there power to save my dog and i would recomend this vet to any one
Recently relocated to the area and had a sickly and terribly mean cat. Absolutely in shock with how thorough the last minute appointment was, how awesome the doctor and staff handled my mean cat and I could not be more satisfied with their service or how my pet and I were both treated. Less than 24 hours of prescribed medicine and she's still mean, but also playful again and a completely different cat. She clearly feels so much better because of this place. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was so pleased with an experience and I would 100% recommend everyonr visit to check them out. 5 stars.
Bonnie, my favorite Veterinarian EVER, owns Beagle's Bay Animal Hospital. She has been such a gift to me and my friends because she makes HOUSE CALLS! That's right! How wonderful is it to save you and your pet heartache about going to the waiting lobby of a busy Vet office. The best part is how gentle she is with them. She is a master at her craft. I can't suggest her highly enough! Thank goodness she is here serving the Paducah, KY area!
